
I am the founder and Principal
Consultant of RYL Training & Coaching Consultancy
which I established in 2006.
I am passionate about training and coaching and have
an extensive training and coaching portfolio and I
have worked extensively within the public and third
sectors.
I am currently building a Business and Executive Coaching
Portfolio within the corporate and third sectors and
have recently been appointed as a coach/trainer for
the UK based organisation 'SCOPE', Business Link London
and RADAR and I am also continuing to provide coaching
within a number of other key leadership initiatives
throughout the UK.
I have held management positions in a residential
setting within the London Borough of Haringey and
as Principal Training Officer with the London Borough
of Hammersmith & Fulham.
I hold a social work qualification with the 'General
Social Care Council 'and my previous position of employment
was that of 'Principal Training Officer HIV/AIDS'
to the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.
I also hold a management qualification with the 'Chartered
Management Institute' and I have a Diploma at distinction
level in Personal Performance Coaching with 'The Coaching
Academy' Europe's largest coach training body which
accredited by the Open College Network.
I am passionately pro-active in my commitment to the
equal opportunities and diversity, which has resulted
in the development of our policies and services.
In 1989, I was appointed as the 'Principal Training
Officer' for HIV infection to the London Borough of
Hammersmith and Fulham where I embarked upon, developed
and implemented the most extensive local government
HIV training programme of its kind within the UK .
I have been living with a long term chronic health
condition since 1985 for which I was initially given
an 18month life expectancy.
I am a member of and trustee of the National Long
Term Survivors Group and am committed to presenting
myself in a positive leadership role model as a person
living with HIV.
At the beginning of the 1990's I became a freelance
trainer and consultant and continued my work throughout
the UK , I am now living in London where I continue
my work as a trainer, coach and facilitator within
my role of Principal Consultant to RYL Training &
Coaching Consultancy.
I have also developed an innovative leadership programme
for people who are living with HIV, disabled people
and people with long term health conditions.
