At RYL Training & Coaching Consultancy we have a team of in-house and associate qualified coaches; we have developed and are committed to a range of Personal Performance, Business and Executive Coaching Services.

Defining Coaching

The coaching relationship delivers results in the context of a supportive relationship between the client and the coach. The coach will develop a rapport with you and utilise a style of communication and questioning which will enable you to succeed by building upon what you know and your current abilities.

Coaching is empowering and enabling and builds upon your motivations, abilities and confidence levels by increasing your learning, identifying your barriers to success and developing your performance, coaching aims to support you to achieve your fullest potential towards success.

Our Coaching Commitment


Within the context of our vision we are specifically developing our coaching services for people with long term health conditions, disabled people and those affected by or living with HIV and we recognise that coaching has the potential to offer people affected by long term health conditions, disabled people and people living with HIV with an innovative level of support, motivation and empowerment.

RYL Training & Coaching Consultancy is able to offer coaching services to our clients who are living with long term health conditions, disabled people and people who are living with HIV and on a reduced income or in financial hardship, coaching at a significantly reduced rate which will be negotiated on an individual level with the client.
