RYL Training Consultancy is a training, coaching and leadership consultancy of qualified and experienced trainers, coaches and facilitators who come from a variety of professional backgrounds and settings.

Our company provides our services to the public, voluntary and corporate sectors.

Our team have been affected both personally and professionally by all of the issues that are reflected within our training programmes and coaching services.
We share a vision of human equality, empowerment and leadership and we originate from diverse backgrounds of age, gender, sexuality and ethnicity.

As a result of our shared experience we have accumulated a broad base of knowledge, experience and skills in relation to these issues and we have a particular interest and commitment to addressing issues relating to Disability, Long Term Health Conditions, Equal Opportunities, Diversity and Professional, Organisational and Personal Development.

As a company we also are particularly interested in and committed to working with people affected by or living with HIV, disabled people and people with long term health conditions and in addressing the issues associated with these groups of people, many of us have long-term experience of disability and long term health conditions.
